How I work

Organizational development from practice – shaped through leadership experience across business and IT.

Approach

Effective organizational development starts with people:

I involve key stakeholders early and across hierarchies, align expectations and perspectives, and establish a shared target picture. We then define processes, roles, and hand-offs – as lean as possible, as binding as necessary – and embed the change in day-to-day operations.

Experience

International organizational development
Throughout my career I have built and developed international organizations. This included establishing global delivery structures, introducing governance models and integrating distributed teams across multiple countries.

Transformation of complex organizations
In large corporations and international agency networks I have led transformation initiatives, redesigned processes and consolidated responsibilities to create organizations that are more efficient, scalable and easier to manage.

Bridging business, technology and leadership
A recurring element of my work is connecting business functions, technology and executive leadership. I translate between perspectives, create shared objectives and guide organizations through change.

International collaboration
A key focus of my career has been working with international teams, particularly in Europe and India. I combine structural, cultural and operational aspects to establish sustainable organizational models.
