Approach

Effective organizational development starts with people:

I involve key stakeholders early and across hierarchies, align expectations and perspectives, and establish a shared target picture. We then define processes, roles, and hand-offs – as lean as possible, as binding as necessary – and embed the change in day-to-day operations.

Experience (Concise)

At BMW, my teamrolled out the global web platform to 100+ markets I have driven organizational development in both corporate and mid-sized environments. In senior roles across IT and digital marketing, I redesigned structures, clarified responsibilities, and integrated teams in 100+ markets while building near-/offshore units in India and Poland. I also brought several international units together into one 500+ employee organization with aligned roles, governance, and delivery models.
